Rusty Stovepipe
Experts have recently unearthed new and compelling evidence supporting the (until now) poorly-accepted Lincolnbot theory.
Lincolnbot theory states that Abraham Lincoln, facing almost certain defeat in the Civil War, sent steam-powered robot heathens back in time to whoop on the Southern Colonies. He sent the deadly machines back to the Revolutionary War disguised as Hessians to weaken the South in preparation for the upcoming Civil War. This explains why Georgia ate it so hard during the Revolution, and again during the Civil War.
